Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. If you can send a text and open an app, you have enough. We go at your pace, in plain English, on your own phone.
What phone do I need?
An iPhone or an Android phone. Muse also has a Mac app, but this service is phone-first - your phone is where we start.
Is my business information private?
You stay in control. Any connection - email, calendar, or files - is yours: you approve the access, and you can remove it. I never ask for your passwords - you enter your own logins, on your own phone.
Are you affiliated with Meta?
No. I am an independent consultant. I teach Muse because I use it daily for client work - I do not work for Meta, and Meta does not certify or endorse this service.
What does Muse itself cost?
You subscribe directly with Meta, separately from my fees. A free plan exists, with limits, and paid plans offer more. We will check which level fits you during your free scan.
Can you train my team?
Yes. The half-day Team Workshop covers up to 8 people, using your team's real work, so they leave using Muse the same day.
And if it is not for you? That is fine. The scan is free and carries no obligation. If Muse will not save you real time, I will tell you on the call.
